Information you send
The contact form sends your name, phone number, city, chosen topic, message and any optional email address to Sklado CRM. A calculator scenario may be added to the message when you request a proposal. Share only information relevant to the enquiry; the form does not need identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. The required contact fields let us respond; if you do not wish to use the form, you can call or email.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer questions, assess requirements, prepare a requested proposal and arrange the next step. Steps taken at your request before a contract, and any subsequent contract, provide a legal basis where applicable. Necessary business correspondence and site security can rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional analytics uses consent. Sending an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Browser storage and source information
The website uses sessionStorage to keep calculator choices and first/latest source information within the browsing session. Source fields can include UTM campaign parameters, landing-page paths and the referring page path; referrer query strings are excluded. This source information, the page and selected language accompany an enquiry. The language choice is saved in localStorage so a manual selection can be remembered. Session storage normally lasts for the tab session; browser session restoration can preserve it. Local storage remains until it is changed or cleared in the browser.
Optional analytics
If GA4 or Google Tag Manager analytics is configured, it is enabled only after you opt in through the analytics choice. Refusal does not prevent using the site or sending an enquiry. Analytics is limited to page performance and interaction or conversion events; names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text are not sent as event data. You can change your analytics choice using the site controls; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Who receives information
People handling your enquiry at UNLIMITED and the technical providers needed for that service may access relevant information. Sklado receives form submissions for CRM handling. Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery; request metadata such as IP address and browser information may be processed for delivery and security. Optional analytics providers receive only the permitted analytics data if you consent. Social links open external services with their own privacy notices.
Location of processing
Technical and CRM providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. The location and relevant transfer arrangements depend on the provider, service configuration and applicable agreements. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and transfer safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records are kept while needed to respond, follow up on your request, prepare a proposal or manage the resulting business relationship. Applicable record-keeping obligations, unresolved issues and legal claims can require longer retention. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Browser-storage duration is described above. CRM and optional analytics retention depends on the service settings; contact us for the period applicable to your records.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@unlimited.onl. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. The calculator provides an estimate; it does not make a legally significant decision about you.
